Born in the heart of British Columbia, Cold Water Spirits started with a simple idea: to create a vodka that captures the unique sweetness of Canadian sorghum. By pioneering this craft, we became the first and only distillery in BC to create vodka from the sweet juice of the sorghum plant, producing a spirit that is both rare and remarkable.
